Registered parcel sent from Thailand, arrived in August at the post office. The recipient came to the office to say that he might be absent when the package arrived, and asked not to send it back. The service bell replied: no pb, we keep the RCs for 2 weeks, and because of the Covid, we keep them for 1 month. When he returned from his vacation, 10 days after receipt at the office, the package had already been returned to the sender. Lousy and dismal service!
