Stop wanting to touch everything (Internet telephone banking ....) and refocus on your job in which the service becomes deplorable. I regularly receive mail from a neighbor on the street next door whose only point in common with me is the street number !!! And your machines at the counter a disaster. In short, your prices are exploding but your services are declining. It's time to take charge.

If the counter has disappeared, the staff has still not changed: what a disagreeable welcome !!! And it is always the same person who is responsible for these inconveniences. To the director of the Guipavas post office: it is really time to remove the person in question from customer contact (known to everyone in your company). But hey, it's not easy to manage an indelicate official ...

One star because it is really the minimum but zero star would be a more adequate rating for these incompetent people, a real hair in the hand. Physical agency unnecessary because the staff refer you to the post office website. Incomprehensible website for people of 70 years old not adept at the smartphone or the computer. So well done for the non-existent service!

Rude and incompetent staff especially the young man who should have learn politeness and your craft rather than spending your time in tattoo parlors.
