La Poste Dourjacq

Courrier absent de ma boite au lettres pourtant marqué distribué. Vol de l'enveloppe contenant des cartes cadeaux rapidement utilisées, et le service de réclamation qui fait la sourde oreille... Si seulement c'était une première... Mais non. C'est bien simple dorénavant si ça passe par Dourjacq je pars du principe que je ne verrai jamais mon courrier.

unwelcoming staff. the postman does not bother to ring even though the door is just 1m from the mailbox and sends my parcel to rue jean jaurès when there are two offices closer to my home so that I can pick up my parcels. the post office would do well to shorten its factors, but hey, as I was told on rue st Jacques, it's up to me to tell my postman. laziness is legion at the post office !!!

Very disappointed with the post. Several parcels from the Dourjacq post office in recent months have been indicated to me as having arrived in a letterbox, but I have never received them. Ineffective customer service. I received no response to my parcel tracking request or refunds! It is as if the packages are stolen and never arrive in the letterbox.
