Post Office

Appalling service. All employees are miserable, they want to force you to use machines instead of offering personal attention, absolutely no customer service. Close tills when there is a hugequeue. Avoid!!!

The post office is a long dead system ... Privatization is quickly required! Regarding my shipments, they now leave only by private companies much more efficient although a bit more expensive, at least we know when the fold will arrive!

Not super modern. Waiting. Times not always adapted.

For information, the central post office of the city of Saint-Lô, chief town of department is deemed to be open but you will not be able to enter it because a "cerbère" watches over the entrance to chase you. I'm not kidding ... The post office no longer makes postage and it's no longer possible to drop off your mail or a package ... The "cerbère" kindly told me to come back on Thursday, why on Thursday ??? Confinement and complete absence of public service are the rule today. I would point out because it is important for the few citizens who still work full time that we are literally put on the bench of society, I am a hospital technician at the Memorial Hospital of St-Lô and I no longer have access to a minimum of service because La Poste which does more postage than "Thursdays" has opening hours such that we are excluded. Shame on you, ladies and gentlemen of the Post ...

Shabby customer experience. An unpleasant team, when the post is open, that is to say rarely ... Inneficaces!
