I have just recovered a registered mail which has been opened !! By whom ... That obviously nobody knows!

To go there every day to drop off parcels, the staff is always pleasant and professional!

Staff who are not inherently bad, but the management is abysmal. I live just above and during a period of confinement I find it deplorable that the postman is unable to ring the doorbell, or even to leave a transit advice note for a parcel while we arrange to be present, c is the least of it. Also, when I try to pick up the package for a relative who is not confined with me, they absolutely claim the original of the identity card, they do not accept the power of attorney if it is accompanied by a photograph of the identity card, I find that a shabby. Normally, I would understand, but during a COVID period, it would be a question of taking into account the fact that we have to confine ourselves and therefore be able to receive our package without pitfalls. This is all the more important since I, the person to whom the package was addressed, is not confined with me! The only option offered to you is "a permanent power of attorney, go to the site". Very good, but in the meantime I wasted 20 minutes in the queue and came for nothing. It's really deplorable this minimal service, not to mention the wait of 20-30 minutes each time since the first confinement.

The Metz Saint-Jacques office is not to be criticized, but the parcel sorting center to which it is attached is totally incompetent. Their COLIS postman in the city center is incomparable incompetent because he has obviously not received adequate training to ring the bell to say that he has a package while the recipients are present at the receiving address. He does not even leave a transit advice note and will drop the package directly at the post office. Finally, Colissimo is the same as Mondial Relay but for a higher price. Instead of selling telephone subscriptions and other things of all kinds, we should without a doubt refocus on the primary missions which are in particular the delivery of parcels to the destination address.
