Post Office

First time in this place ... I didn't know the place at all. I guess it's the Eight to Eight that has to act as a post ... I kindly ask if I can send files by post with acknowledgment of receipt, assuming if I am in the right place and if you make this request! The gentleman replied "well yes we are THE POST!" Taking me down. He throws me the paper to fill in and goes to attend to the next customer. I kindly ask him if he can explain how to fill out this paper. Sorry if this is the first time I've done this ... again he looks down on me and makes me understand that you don't need a Baccalaureate + 10 to fill three boxes. I tell him that I apologize if I do not master this area, each his profession. Maybe for you, it seems obvious, for other people (who are nevertheless HIS CLIENTS) it has less! I send him the big files that I want to send, and there is a scandal: I came without an envelope, what a shame ?! Excuse me sir, but I don't have an extra thick envelope at home with bubble protection inside, + don't know if a special envelope is needed for this shipment ... Since you like to think of yourself as LA POSTE and that you made it clear to me as soon as you passed your doorstep, I dared to hope that LA POSTE would advise and sell its customers the appropriate envelope according to the desired mailing and format! He goes on to lecture me by telling me that it is intolerable to come to the post office without envelopes or parcels. He even calls out to the customer next door to put me down even more and tells this customer that it is not normal to come to the post office like that and point the finger at me. I can guarantee you that I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store, than in this one! The gentleman didn't really want to sell me his envelope, and even asks me if I really want it ?! Everything I asked him was too much !! And made me understand it immediately by taking me down! Thank you very much for the welcome: thank you but no thank you 🙅🏽‍♂️ Thank you for agreeing to put in place immediate actions to receive its customers as they should, and to welcome them in decent conditions! I can guarantee you that this was my first and LAST time at this store, which is absolutely not worth it considering the vendor's bitterness. I find it unacceptable to put your clients in a weak position !! 🚨 Flee urgently 🚨
