Post Office

The opening hours are not respected. Opening always late by a minimum of 15 minutes late. Every day without exception !!! Often, not enough staff, so long waiting times, even to make a shipment.

Each time packages repel explaining that it is not their fault. A shame. If you don't take responsibility for your work, make way for others instead of making excuses for not delivering. Tired of waiting for a package lying around your premises and we do not even see a postman working and giving the excuse that it is not their fault lol. Long live mondial relay, downright cheaper than the post office, faster and more careful. Let the post office close when it is useless.

During the confinement period, La Poste did not live up to its mission: offices that were completely closed or with a very short time slot. As telework cannot apply to positions related to customers, I suppose that the agents are paid in full to stay at home ...........

Lamentable and exhausting to follow a colissimo. Deplorable service and more paid. Aggressive welcome. Everything to please and without result.

Colissimo package not deposited in the box of my parents 83 and 86 years. For 3 days they are asked to be present for delivery by hand while it is a colissimo without signature, and the postman does not come! He walks with the parcel and at the ticket office, nobody knows what to answer them! INADMISSIBLE and unprofessional, just respect the protocol, open the box and drop this small package!
