I went to Miss Gwen Beauty last week for lash lift, hair color, and botox lash. Caught late (it happens ...), she takes care of several people at the same time (of course ..) Product used which stung both eyes. I told him about it. At the end of the treatment, it was already late, one eye is well done, the other seems strange to me (I said nothing, thinking it was an impression). The same evening, I eat with friends who ask me, what I have in my eye seems a little closed, it, the eyelashes are very small. They therefore confirm my impression. The next day, I gently called Miss Gwen Beauty to share this concern with her and find a solution. A miss, it happens. I left him a message on the answering machine plus text message explaining everything. She never deigned to call me back. I went to see a competent institute who actually confirmed this mistake to me. I have to wait a month before doing anything for the eyelashes to come back. A total lack of professionalism, fortunately and maybe unfortunately I paid him 29.90 the Groupon price. The original price would have been a rip off for this sloppy work. I strongly advise against it.

Never go to that thief !!!! I took care of my mother through groupon, the offer was about to end so I called to ask about it knowing there was containment due to Covid-19. We had a new appointment today: December 16, but no confirmation of the appointment (at 2:00 p.m. but no written record) so sorry but we made a mistake we arrived at 2:13 p.m. (it was at 2:30 p.m.) She called me 1x but I didn't see it, I called back several times telling myself that it was definitely her. No answer. Once in front of the institute, as if by chance, she answers me, but with a haughty air: she has important things to do, she hangs up on me. I try to call again to explain myself and to find a solution. I ask for reimbursement. She laughs at me on the phone, saying, "it's not me you paid anyway, it's groupon, you won't get any refund and on top of that the offer is over" and hangs up on me. FINALLY, I have no words for such a big lack of respect and professionalism. My mom lost her care and I lost my money. Do not get fooled !!!!

Small ultra nice beauty salon in Lille center. Gwen was very nice to me and made me feel right at home. I didn't even see the time go by because I was so relaxed and in a funny atmosphere. And above all, I love my eyelashes !! 😊😊😊
