First encounter with Ayurveda and what a discovery! All this thanks to the knowledge and kindness of Cécile and Marc. We were very well received for our stay between mother and daughter. The setting is ideal for recharging your batteries and soaking up the various massages throughout the day. A real parenthesis away from the hassle of everyday life. Yoga, knowledge of the principles of Ayurveda, to the spices used in cooking, nothing will hold any secrets for you! We had a very pleasant stay between mother and daughter. All in a beautiful green setting, calm and fresh air. We really appreciated all the massages (a real treat). As for cooking, what a pleasant surprise to see that we can enjoy ourselves without taking into account the foods we use regularly in our daily life. Cécile's Ayurvedic cuisine is a real pleasure for our taste buds. The simple and warm welcome from Cécile and Marc makes you feel at home from day one. Very nice experience that I highly recommend.
