A lackluster package delivery service the people working there are dull and slow wited. Even simple questions or doing their jobs is sometimes an impossible task for them. I advise you to go somewhere else if possible. The opening hours are only theoretical and somedays thrown out the window all together. One is oft forced to use faulty machines to conduct basic buisness like collecting stamps and letter credit.

Bad staff. No skill. I doubt the notes of others but when I lived the experience I find it correct too bad I have not 00

Host person leaving me on hold without a word to start a personal conversation with another person outside the department. But much more serious non-compliance with basic health safety instructions: person wearing his mask under his nose. Always so lamentable the post office in Chaville!

I never leave google reviews, I even think it's the first one I leave. 2 registered letters out of 3 which are not delivered and marked "absent". In the first case, no ringing on the intercom. In the second, ringing on the intercom, no answer at the end of the line, I go down 30 seconds later to receive a calling card. Already that the "covid" hours of window agency are not even indicated on any site (fortunately a • e voucher • ne samaritan • e took a photo of the times indicated on the facade of the establishment and posted it on google ), that they are extremely reduced compared to usual, so it would be preferable for your postmen to honor their posts efficiently while waiting for the recipients when they live like me in apartment. I know that your workload is great given the number of packages you have to hand over, and that you have to be quick in your rounds, add to that the very restrictive sanitary measures. But know that you are one of the potential barrier of the virus by honoring your deliveries, rather than waiting 20 seconds and shooting yourself like we weren't there. So here I am with a notice from a postman who arrived at the bottom of my house around 11:30. I now have to go in 3 DAYS in physics to the post office for a letter that I could have this morning. No professionalism in a period which nevertheless demands it. I would like to support you wholeheartedly in this very complicated context for you and for us, but this is difficult.
