The 08/12/2020: I am permanently present at my home. I check the contents of my mailbox every day. My doorbell works perfectly. Today, I find a transit advice note, for a registered letter (of the utmost importance), dated 11/30/2020! You NEVER ring the bell: it is a fact and each of us has mourned it ... But this is STRONG, very STRONG: one week between the date you notify me and the date you drop the notice in my inbox! I ignore the fact that I regularly receive mail from neighbors (invoices, notarial deeds, statements of retirement points ...) unless, in this case, it is one of my neighbors who corrected your work ... Half a day to pick up the said registered letter ... Long futile minutes calling "3631" in an unnecessary attempt to have a competent and responsible human being. Are you still aware of the importance of your activity?

And to think that some very competent people do not have a job when other malignant, lazy and incompetent find themselves at the post office of the city of Avray! Seriously !! Review your recruitments and understand that schedules are impossible for the working population! Fortunately we can still do things ourselves!

There is no point hitting employees - it's up to the employer to train them. Especially since a number of clients behave really badly with them, sometimes with contempt. Officers are not allowed to respond. Frustrating. Improvements are possible: - When we buy something, we have all seen that employees type a lot of keys on the computer. And their equipment seems to row. No scan to go faster. Result: what takes 5 seconds in a store here takes 4 times longer. Whose fault is it ? not to employees! Much of what was done manually by agents is now freely accessible: photocopying, postage. This confuses people who are uncomfortable with these not very intuitive machines. When people do not know how to use it, the agents have to intervene. - La Poste's commercial policy sometimes leaves you speechless. We remember that a few years ago we sold cell phones and phone plans there. It is sometimes erratic. La Poste.net, do you know? nothing is done to promote this Internet service provider subsidiary of La Poste. Something to wonder about the egg skulls that direct the marketing of this institution. - The hours? it is not the employees who decide.

40 minutes of waiting outside and security slams the door in our face without explanation. The person from La Poste is hiding behind his desk unable to face the people whom he kept waiting for nothing while we were piling up outside on the sidewalk. At 5 p.m. the door closes and they do not warn people to limit the wait outside. Real TAS? UNNECESSARY, ARROGANT, FAINANT.
