Campéole

This notice concerns customer service on the Campeole website and not the campsite where we are staying. Customer service which leaves something to be desired, we were misinformed when we took information before booking our stay. While the advisor had assured me that we could pay part of the balance in vacancy check for the desired period, I was charged to my account for the entire reservation. Despite my good faith and my explanations, customer service does not follow up

No one and not commercial ... Refusal to use the services camper .... The campings m's dear are a duty to help us .... Campeole c ole olé ....

My opinion is on camping Val de Coise St Galmier. On the campsite, nothing to say it is clean but for home you iron. If you want a smile you probably have to pay for it, when activities are nothingness. No friendly place or find other campers to knit contacts (such as a bar for example). A table football, table tennis and billiards are not enough to forget the isolation of this campsite, which is still found 40 minutes from Mount Pilat (for hikers not top) but 2 km from a charming village where you can not even have a drink or eat in the evening because everything and close. Anyway, if you want to sleep during your vacation it is the ideal place if you want to walk discover the pilat mount it is not the place to go. we have been vacationing at campoleole and on different sites for several years and we were satisfied but the frankly it was bad.

Gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, please read the notices regarding the manager of the Camping Barberousse in Gruissan. It is time for decisions to be made and for vacationers' warnings and alerts to be exploited if not for what purpose?
