Called them to get visa info, asked to talk to someone in english, they first said yes then closed the call and never answered again! Ridiculous, this is how you help tourists !! Will spend our vacation in Maldives, bye ;)

Well I do not understand the opinions. I came once to collect my passport application documents, and called them today, I didn't wait long I got my information quickly.
The worst incompetent bunch I've seen in my life. Come to make a passport, very unpleasant person in charge really to be avoided if you can.
Hello I've been trying to call the embassy for several days, with no results. No tape informing if the embassy is open, timetable .... I need my current passport deposited in February with confirmation of return in May but that's still nothing. Who can tell me. Thank you in advance
