Useless phone number. I suggest to the consulate to remove it from the directory because sincerely I never managed to have someone on the phone.
They may have adorable and overworked staff but at one point to get to the consulate sometimes you have to have an appointment and depending on the appointment in order to avoid any unnecessary travel you need information upstream. We'll see if we have better luck with the email, but I doubt it.
Appointment made on the website. Good reception by the security service, at least they are smiling. Very little wait, barely 10 minutes late for an administration, I say bravo. The staff are polite, quick and efficient.
We seem to dream: I've been trying to call every day for 2 months and I have NEVER had anyone on the phone. I am systematically rejected, my call going from "on hold", all our lines are busy. I come to believe that the phone is intentionally put out of service by the employee to be quiet. (I will keep informed here of if this is the case if by some miracle I end up having someone)
Unable to reach them by phone. I've been trying for a month with more than 200 calls ...
It is a scandal. Shameful, you might as well not put such a number ...
