Post Office

today is the 4th time to come and change my la poste bank address. Finger cross..... 1st time they says come next week, next week they said come Friday day for appointment, next Friday that said who work this matter not coming today. today morning 21june they said you have to take another appointment that’s why you have to come after lunch break!??! now 15:39 lets see what happen next !!!

Need to improve your service. Specially ATM service very poor. Always problem

Inexperienced staff who are not able to give me the correct letter, that of another person but with the same address. After coming back 10 minutes later to report their mistake, the person told me that it would not be possible to recover yours, (because the withdrawal ticket was thrown away) the staff therefore told me that they would call me back the next day. BUT NO ANSWER. Really INCOMPETENT

As usual, it deserves a big 0 on the note, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff of the Courneuve post office (main office + the one at the bottom of the Tower) as well as the managers of this post. I do not understand why the post office accepts to take packages from these incompetent deliverers who do not even deliver to the places of delivery (for my part in relay point), I am of course talking about Chronopost. How can a transit advice note indicate the date but not the time of transit? Then to finish well, the main office being closed for works, the parcels of this one are given in the post office of the Tower, EXCEPT that finally these parcels are transferred back to the main office because it has reopened, obviously without PREVENT by any what a way are postal customers who just want to collect their parcels! No, but seriously what you have to wonder what the hell these postal agents ... to send people out for a walk they will remain the best! The post office = absolutely to be avoided.

It rather deserves 0 because this station works in slow motion. Number one for bridging, for closed earlier, for late delivery of packages or not delivered at all. The Post must lose its monopoly, it is obvious because it takes advantage of its dense status. Released this service that we end with the post.
