Worst service ever. Why don’t the government replace it with good employees. It really sucks😭😭

I spent 11:30 this morning, reception and very helpful adviser. They knew how to direct me properly. However it should give more information on the queue to follow according to our needs.

What is this post? I wait at least an hour for a quick question about my postal account? Staff from the finance department who don't know their stuff, just good at sweeping the floor. Very disappointed, I intend to transfer my account elsewhere. It was at the limit of coming to blows it is such a mess in this post, if you can call this place a postal service. here is my rant of the day, I hope they take into account our opinions. This is unacceptable

That execrable people who work here, I especially insist on the financial service. We wonder if they really want to work, given how they behave with customers.
