Post Office

schedules are to be reviewed! not open on Saturdays when we work all week we cannot come to the post office? And if we send her husband who has the same last name (with our identity card) we do not give him the package! Frankly the big nonsense! and friendliness should be optional too !!

Very unpleasant Coming to drop off a package today to be returned after 20 minutes of queuing outside I was refused at the counter because no ID + family record book because my last name has not changed even though it was just a deposit not to collect and they tell me it's written showing me the ticket office and telling me it's been 15 days that it's like that excuse me for not coming every two weeks to your place and it should have been posted outside that it had to be done all that I would not have made 20 minutes of queue for nothing and especially come back and do another 15 minutes and that they come to meet me at the door on my return with just a phone without giving me proof that I have deposited my package

Timetables unsuitable for ordinary people. Unless the post office survives only thanks to retirees, the unemployed or vacationers. We won't have to complain when this supposedly public service is gone.

Incompetent delivery people you manage to leave transit notices on a Saturday not even able to ring when people are at home.

A disaster ! Agents a priori not motivated. You shoot yourself in the foot. Make an effort, public service must survive but it must be up to par! Good luck.
