Slowest ever. Not reliable

They were very helpful to a customer who speaks limited French.

Deplorable. Today I hear the teller say "it feels like the zoo here"! Worse, she told her colleague to go close the curtain and that people waiting had only to get up earlier than a quarter to twelve. Finally, she adds that one day she will come with a gun and that she will shoot anything that moves, laughing as if in the current context, it was the best joke ... We wonder why the post office has so bad reputation...

The postman leaves a calling card with the reason 《absent》 without even having rung when I was at home ... and no possibility of going to pick up my package since the post office closes at 5 p.m. while I am working, and is closed on Saturday morning !!!

I put a star because 0 is not possible. I ordered a package that was to be delivered at 9 a.m., having waited from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at my house, I never saw the postman pass by. I left my phone number on the mailbox to contact me in case of absence, except, I have never received a call except for a calling card at 9.40 am when it is totally impossible being at my home. I went to the post office and was informed that no recourse was possible apart from finding the tour of this famous postman. Having walked around the neighborhood without success, I had to go two days later to the post office to pick up my package before 5.30 p.m. Having working hours ending at 6 p.m. I let you imagine the problem caused. A big thank you to the post office and its risks for the Christmas gifts. If there is another choice for you, I advise you, carrier pigeons would be better ways to get your package, because in postal vehicles, employees are not smarter than these birds.
