Accustomed sales rooms and MBE subsidiaries throughout the territory, I am quite disappointed MBE Reims. Error between the quotes of several customers, error between the mails of the customers, delivery 1 month after the sale, batch of 10 posters of which 5 were forgotten in the study during the first delivery ... Finally MBE made the necessary to return the posters very quickly (within two days) without this time the posters are well protected (unlike the first delivery). One of them was very damaged, while it represented the whole value of the lot (confers photograph attached).

Very good telephone reception. We sent a fragile object through the care of this company, we were impressed by the care taken in packaging. Very satisfied.

Sweet feeling of being caught for a moron ... Purchase of a small 12cm glass vase at the Charleville Mézières auction room (hammer price, 200 €) (weight in grams: barely 400). Shipping costs budgeted by MBE Reims: 69 €! (I mention that other centers MBE, for vases much larger and heavy, only charged me 40 or 50 €). So much so that the auctioneer, amazed, had the item packaged and shipped ... for € 22! On the phone, the manager of MBE acknowledged that there had been a mistake, and was eager to send me, orally, a quote to 39 € ... ... but I remain convinced that we wanted to pay my head !!! And it's really very unpleasant!

I regret the lack of responsiveness of MBE REIMS. Quotation request on November 6, remained unanswered on November 20 until my call back. According to MBE, I quote: "If I did not answer before it is that I am entitled to holidays". To escape. I persist and sign my words.
