I found the staff here helpful and friendly particularly the gentleman helping with my Colissimo box that I bought to send my excess baggage home to Australia. He was fantastic helping me with the forms with the added degree of difficulty being my very limited grasp of French language. A big thanks to the team

Person at the reception not necessarily the most pleasant

December 24, I came across a nice and efficient gentleman (like never seen in the post!). Thank you to this gentleman, despite the tumult of the holidays and the machines still broken / very slow, which did a very good job. You could redecorate the coat of arms of the sign 😀

The lady who works there was very rude and rude unlike the other employees

Deplorable customer service. The elderly gentleman with the glasses he works there is extremely rude.
