Originally left a poor review. Upon the owner’s reply, I directed the poor review to UPS, since it’s fair to say that Mail Boxes perhaps wasn’t the problem, it was UPS.

Excellent contact and very good reception on the phone. They are very professional. Everything went very well. The parcel was well packed with several layers of protection and cardboard (the object is fragile) and arrived in perfect condition. A special mention to Alex who went out of his way to get my package back as quickly as possible while the relay point where I had to go to pick it up claimed not to be sure of having received it ... obviously the shop is crowded with bulk package. Thanks to Alex, the manager miraculously found the parcel as if by chance when he had made me iron twice. The service is therefore followed to the end which is rather reassuring. I recommend +++
