An employee spoke to me in a very rude manner ... Another made unthinkable mistakes in my file in short, incompetent! Change jobs if you don't like people! You just lost a client!

When it is not an employee who discusses with his colleague failing to do his job (while listening to you hardly) it is reception without a smile or other civility, to believe that the user must hurry not to to waste the time of the employee (the world upside down) to choose as much to go to the main post office of Montpellier even if it takes more time. A shame.
