Post Office

At some point we will have to change staff and quickly! Passage notices without even ringing or even telephoning and emails informing us that they were unable to deliver to us while ... we are constantly teleworking! In short, a postman with quite a bit of hair in his hand. Losing situation for everyone, taking our parcels for a short daily walk is not really a winner for this brand and paying delivery costs to finally travel to collect our parcel, takes away the only advantage of home delivery. Delighted to have discussed this issue with you, oh no, I forgot you cannot be reached by phone.

Parcel lost, indicated as delivered in my mailbox when not. We will see here if he is not there, and a lady, not at all friendly, almost yelled at us, telling us that it was not her fault. No solution for my lost package, other than filling out a complaint form. In addition, during the Covid period, no gauge at the entrance, the agency was crowded! And even the people working there are not wearing the mask properly! This famous lady who "welcomed" us had a dirty mask, and worn under the nose! Post office to be avoided as much as possible!

Yesterday, a package was to be delivered to me. Postponed until today because the package could not be delivered to me while I was present at home. Having already had a bad experience, I was in front of my mailbox this morning to wait for my package. What was my surprise to discover on my phone an email indicating to me that the parcel had just been deposited in my mailbox whereas I was just in front of it, that it was empty and that nobody had passed. No possibility of contacting the post office by phone and the fact that I was still in front of the mailbox !! I wish at least to be able to recover my package at the post office! Because if it's not in my mailbox, it sure is somewhere!

Following a very very bad Colissimo experience (delivery man who does not even bother to go through and puts the parcel "impossible to deliver because of absence") I was able to collect my parcel from this post office. I was received this very morning by a very pleasant, sympathetic and understanding young woman, who was able to deliver my package and answer all my questions.

Should we really be talking about delivery people who never do their job, namely to warn people? It is unacceptable.
