Post Office

I would like to inform you that I never receive my invoices, although my address is complete! There are even letters going back to the recipients, even though my address is correct! I admit that it is more and more embarrassing. I am talking about my postal bank, EFF, CPAM and my complementary health insurance. Not to mention my family ..... cordially Mrs DULAC Myriam

A shame !!!!!! being unable to move, my husband moved on purpose this morning to their premises to retrieve a package (in the name of Mr. or Mrs. MALAROCHE Sabrina) in my place with the email, the package number, my document 'identity and his (we are married, we have the same last name, the same address and, to top it all off, we even have our joint bank account at the Banque Postale with them !!!!!!). Well, an employee of the Post Office allowed herself to tell my husband that he does not look like the photo on my identity card and she categorically refused to give him the package !!!! HONEST !! and I'm not even talking about the reflection on the likeness of the photo .. pitiful !!

Incompetent, no logistics, unpleasant personal, wrong parcel info, unable to tell me where my package is when I have received a calling card in my mailbox. I myself am a postman and I have never seen that, it is intolerable.

The postal bank ... Flee For all banking operations, you have to wait behind a horde of people who come for postal services! Find a real bank! I close my account as soon as possible.

I put 1 star, because I cannot put less. This is the worst public service I have ever had to do. I come to collect a parcel as a professional, because the postman is not doing his job. He leaves a calling card, without marking a date or a time. We are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. non-stop. So I take my PRO time, to pick up the package with various supporting documents, and again they find a way to tell me that I do not have what it takes. This is the second time this has happened. I'm not even talking about the condescending tone of the person who received me, the general attitude of advisers who are just waiting for one thing, and that is to leave. It is a PUBLIC service which is LAMENTABLE! I've had to come to the Castelnau post office for 10 years, and nothing has changed! A total scandal!
