The staff is always smiling. They do care to give you the best service. If younask questions they will answer politely and clearly. The self service machines are too easy for anyone. I ro like going there. Nothing negative to point.

N’ouvre jamais à l’heure indiquée mais par contre les employés ne se privent pas de fermer plus tôt ! 19 minutes d’attentes pour envoyer une lettre ! Si des clients arrivent à être là à vos horaires impossibles pour quiconque travaille aucune raison que vous ne réussissiez pas à ouvrir votre porte aux heures d’ouverture !

In tense Christmas, too few staff and barely trained. Incredibly long waiting time. Young girl with unpleasant package removal, slow and incompetent, do not even apologize! I still put 2 stars for the usual staff much more fit and friendly.
