Incompetent, incapable, disagreeable and in bad faith. I would not say that they are good for nothing but just bad in everything ... Do not go there for anything other than depositing a letter (already stamped ...), the only answer you will have is "it's not possible "or" we can do nothing else ".... Strongly that the post is open to competition!
