How can it be that its badly polite seeks to kick you out unless you come to buy to ask for advice or a low service? Example to break a ticket of 200 € you have to buy a letter or stamp that makes you the change impossible to obtain money, they ask me if I was a customer at the post office I answered him and ON ALL CUSTOMER IN THE POST (slogging their ad) he told me it's just a pub sir make sure to leave now. In addition, the package is open every time it is not them it is the carrier, Share against it offers to all customer to buy a package of mobile.

hello I don't know what you have done with our old postmen because the new leaves something to be desired, mail delivered on time sometimes at 6 p.m. no mail and the next morning early the box full and if in the meantime it has more mail wet its becomes painful I hope you will bring up the info thank you

A service more and more bad. One of the turnkeepers in place is sometimes hateful to the possible. Errors are more and more often made ... at the expense of quality of service and customer satisfaction. The icing on the cake: For the end of 2015, a small placard stuck next to the door informs us that La Poste Champ sur Drac will be closed from December 18, 2015 for a period of 15 days and invites us to we go to Vizille (4km), for any service: withdrawal or deposit of mail and parcels, withdrawal of pensions, various operations etc ..... Have you thought of people (aged among others) who do not necessarily have a means of locomotion, knowing that public transport is much more than fail on this journey ..... There was no information to warn the public except a ridiculous little placard. La Poste should correct these abuses that are detrimental to the image and trust that clients have in this institution that they love and need, but which is also dying more and more since that the notion of profitability has taken precedence over the notion of service. Without awareness, the notion of public service will soon be a legend ..... Cordially. PS: A report also: during absences of the attendant '' package '' usual (holidays or other), it happens that the packages are deposited way more than fanciful by the "substitutes" in the mailboxes .... (errors of address, parcels crushed to make them nevertheless return in the box, notices of passage illegible etc ...).
