Notice of proceeding filed for the reason: "you were absent". I have been confined to my home since October 30, I was not absent. Since the Post is not participating in the national effort against COVID by forcing their customers to come and collect packages from their offices, I put a star. In addition, the notice of proceeding is partially complete, I do not know where or when to pick up my package. DHL and UPS are just as fast, the same prices and much more reliable.

The staff at Bethune Post are totally incompetent and for the most part badly pleasant it's horrible! Professional retraining would be more than possible for most of the staff ...

Shameful. The schedules are to be changed! Closed on Saturday afternoon! On Friday morning the postman does not drop off my package. I go to the post office on Friday afternoon and I am told to come back on Saturday morning. I say that I will not be available in the morning so he tells me to go there at 1 p.m. I arrive and the post office is closed! I made the trip twice for my package!
