I ask the person in post to register my request for a change of address that I paid more than € 30 on the internet for the month. Monsieur didn't want to pretend that his computer would crash if he did so and that I had to go to the castle to queue. I still asked him to try (since he did not hide his appearance at all) and moreover I did not want to go to Château (too many people and I am pregnant). A few days later I went back there and came across a woman who registered me in 10 minutes without any problem. Excuse me but incompetent and unfriendly sir. + I lost 15 days in the month paid at 30 €)

I think I would have had time to die 3 times if I had a serious illness because it may have been noted: "Urgent: Medicines" on my package, I still would not have received it if - after 3 tries anyway - I would not have changed the delivery address to have it delivered to members of my family. The worst part is that when I call my sender, he replies to me the three times that the Post Office confirmed to have delivered on a given day and that it is written that I did not come to collect it, hence a reshipment even that either me or my companion was present on the delivery day (no one has ever rang with us and there is no notice of passage). And this is not the first time that this has occurred with two non-deliveries of important documents and a non-delivery of another package also marked as delivered. Suffice to say that I am not satisfied!
