ZERO service! Despite a valid power of attorney online, they did not want to deliver a package to me because I had no physical identity document (I was stolen my CNI recently I unfortunately cannot do otherwise) I nevertheless showed them a photocopy, and other papers proving my identity but they didn't want to know. Anyway, this is the first time this has happened to me, yet I have already been able to pick up packages from another post.

Really lazy people open very late and close very early. They are supposed to close at 7 p.m. they close 1 hour before. Is this normal? No it is inadmissible on the contrary
