Young haughty brunette woman presents today after 6 p.m. (11/24/2020) in the post office. She does not want to take charge of my registered mail and redirects me to a terminal. Then she issues me the bill and I leave respectfully and politely. As soon as I got out, I looked at the invoice and noticed that it was mistaken in the number of the channel in the address. I go back to the office and she would like me to lick her for a mistake she made !! This kind of person has nothing to do in a position where having good customer relations is essential! This kind of person who believes himself higher than others by what he offers a service to the customers, ridiculous! I want to clarify that the post office was empty.
