Inadmissible !! Already a big problem with the colissimo service which never deigns to drop my packages in the mailbox while they pass and they are without signatures! So I had to waste time moving around in this agency. To top it off we get there, we are polite and friendly despite their internal dysfunction and we take an agent who turns out to be incapable who forces us to have our tracking number so that he deigns to give us our package because that if not, sir does not want to type your name and first name which would take him 2 seconds while we have to struggle to find their email! To believe that it amuses this agent to make people struggle. Finally especially to make them have a hard time if they are not the color of his skin as I could pay the price today! Unacceptable to have such discrimination in a public service! I want to say if Mr. is not happy that he resigns and leaves his place to a person who really wants to work! I don't know how you recruit your staff, but it would be good to think about sorting and renewing such staff.
