I had to go to this post office when my package was to arrive near my home at the palace office (same city). Being on a crutch, already that annoys a little. When we got there, hardly a cat, we headed for the parcel pick-up counter. No one. Oh yes, two employees chatting quietly in the middle ... They don't move. After a minute, my mother getting a little closer to them, one of the employees tells us that nothing is working because of a computer problem ... Either, the best is to warn when we arrive especially since she was not busy working ... They say it's for a parcel, well we take care of us. A second employee arrives from her break, from outside and asks the person behind me for their identity document, but nothing for me. The first employee tells her that I am first. She takes care of me but I tell them of my dissatisfaction with the error made by the postman without attacking them of course they have nothing to do with it. The second answers me curtly: "well the main thing is that you have your package" ... The kind of thought not at all professional, devoid of humanity. I pity people with disabilities because traveling for a small package and hearing that .. It's unbearable!
