Post Office

The agents are for the most part insufferable, never a smile, bordering on rudeness. For my part, I am not talking about the fact that the post office is often indeed overcrowded with people, they have nothing to do with this. The most embarrassing is the human side, cold and unfriendly staff.

I was expecting a package for today. I stayed at home all day and no one rang or called me. This evening, I discover in my mailbox a notice of instance to go and get this package that I was waiting for. It is inadmissible to act in this way, all the more that given the current circumstances the post office is closed and I do not know when I will be able to recover this package which contains medicines ....

Only 1 person takes care of this office during rush hour. Result: 2 hours to collect 1 package

This post is increasingly lax: his postmen are constantly putting us letters in our mailbox, which belong to other people. This almost weekly phenomenon is puzzling about the recruitment and the follow-up that the Post operates for its workforce, but beyond that, it makes us understand that other people must receive ours. Confidentiality is zero point for the Post, when the legend that couriers lose within it, it has probably become a reality. Before describing this I tried to find their phone number to report these anomalies to their manager, but there is no number. Feedback on their quality of service does not seem to be a concern for them.

The post is reputed to be incompetent, of an unprecedented slowness and this one in particular wins all the Oscars of bad business! Incompetence at its peak!
