Une des pires agences postales que j'ai pu connaître... Depuis plusieurs jours, aucune distribution de courriers... Aucune information donnée non plus sur le problème de distribution...

This agency is a disaster !! Rude staff, no viable info. Only positive point, some rather young and sympathetic agents. Endless tail, no social distancing !! The franking machines are very slow. The Bercy 2 tobacco shop has closed ... Too bad it was much simpler with the same services ...

Since June, when the Bercy 2 tobacco which replaced the liberty office closed, I have been without mail for several days, it's getting really hellish! It's a shame I was quite satisfied with the postal services. Again big mail delivery problems I do not know what recourse we can have against these problems, I will find out from the town hall
