Several orders made online have been delivered to me by Colissimo. One of my packages was “delivered” to the building next to mine and the package had been left on the floor in the hall by the colissimo delivery person; which is just not professional and correct. I do not really recommend anyone to use the colissimo service of the post office because their delivery people obviously have big time problems which prevent them from doing their jobs properly.

You have to be very patient when the hours are not adapted to the needs. It is either closed or "inaccessible" ... it would be very difficult to do worse for a public service !!!

The only truly competent post office !!! friendly, warm, caring, professional which is not the case in many other agencies where it's hopeless

The 3631 does not work, I cannot reach this post office for my procedures. Pity
