Hello, I made an order on a merchant site, my package still did not arrive when I needed it for a birthday. No transit advice note, no call on my phone when the postman posted the mail in the morning. After 2 days and having consulted the site, I was told to pick up my package at the pick-up point. Withdrawal without really knowing when or where. I went to the post office. I am told that it will be available on Monday, ie 1 week later.
