Worst service & staff's.

They sold me a SIM card for use with prepaid credit. It didn't work so I came back and after some testing, they replaced it by another card that did work. I'm happy.

Very limited hours (during the corona crisis), interminable queue, very poor management following the covid19. Watch the sketch by Danny boon (move with the mail), everything is said!

Delivery people never deliver. They lost me 2 packages this month. I came once to pick up my package, they gave me a bad one, I give them back the package which is not in my name, I come back 2 days later and they tell me that my package was collected there 2 days when it was bad. Result: I cannot recover anything through their fault and the package is lost I do not know where.
