Absolutely shameful! I advise you to go your way, you will waste your time and your money at the post office and their colissimo branch! I didn't think the post office could lie so blatantly! But above all what really surprised me was their customer service, which has no information and offers no solution. What good is having one? After sending a package for over a week that was not moving at all, so I went back to see them for information .... I was surprised to learn that my package had left a week ago! Although I strongly doubted ... After two weeks I knew that the package had never been sent since the host country had never registered it! For a few days they continued to lie to me and refer me to incompetent people who did not give me more details. After more than twenty days, I confronted them on the subject, having no real choice, their lie being absolutely no longer credible, they finally confessed that my package had never left! But they assured me he would leave within 48 hours. You may be telling yourself that this promise will be honored and well not! Liar and con artist nothing more! No respect for customers! And above all no respect for contracts because yes sending a package for a person is a contract! Worse, they blamed the host country post for weeks, which has one of the most efficient posts in the world! You'd think you were dreaming!

I give my opinion today after several passages at this post, the other times I said to myself it may happen that the person at the reception is tired, or other ... But again when we put the foot in this post you have to be realistic the service is deplorable .... Nobody at the reception who takes all his time as every time .... Today there was a person who had concerns with his package and who had to fill out a document and got on his side, instead of taking care of the queue the person in charge of reception took all his time by making phone calls and picked up the person who had finished filling out his document ..... In short I cannot detail because it would be too long but here there is a concern for professionalism .....

Closes at 3 p.m. to pick up a package after paying for home delivery ... Should we take time off to hope to pick up our packages?
