j attend 1 colis qui ne viens pas,mon interface de livraison m indique: colis livré.2 jours plus tard la police m apelle: le postier sest fait dévalisé son camion,les colis qui n intéressaient pas le voleur on été retrouvé en forêt . c est des enflures d avoir prétendu que le colis a été livré,je pense à ceux qui n on pas eu leur colis ( high tech ou autre que le voleur a du garder ) et qui a cause de la poste se retrouvent démunis sans pouvoir se faire rembourser.c est inadmissible ! ps: ma femme se retrouve dans cette situation....colis livré et pas reçu.....donc volé aussi....tu veut appeler la poste de ta ville? impossible....tu vas les voir? ils te renvoi vers le numéro national....tu appelle tu te retrouve avec 1 mec du bled qui te répond...comment lui vas pouvoir gérer ce genre de dossier....et en plus la poste c est plus chère que ups qui eux sont bien plus pro en livraison
