Absolutely shameful! I advise you to go your way, you will waste your time and your money at the post office and their colissimo branch! I didn't think the post office could lie so blatantly! But above all what really surprised me was their customer service, which has no information and offers no solution. What good is having one? After sending a package for over a week that was not moving at all, so I went back to see them for information .... I was surprised to learn that my package had left a week ago! Although I strongly doubted ... After two weeks I knew that the package had never been sent since the host country had never registered it! For a few days they continued to lie to me and refer me to incompetent people who did not give me more details. After more than twenty days, I confronted them on the subject, having no real choice, their lie being absolutely no longer credible, they finally confessed that my package had never left! But they assured me he would leave within 48 hours. You may be telling yourself that this promise will be honored and well not! Liar and con artist nothing more! No respect for customers! And above all no respect for contracts because yes sending a package for a person is a contract! Worse, they blamed the host country post for weeks, which has one of the most efficient posts in the world! You'd think you were dreaming!

Teller very friendly, efficient and accommodating. On the other hand, this post office would benefit to modify its schedules. Only in the morning 9h-12h from Monday to Saturday ... Maybe it would be better to open once in the morning, once in the afternoon with a day in the week 16h-19h for example ... to be effective for everyone without forgetting those who work ...

Mandatory sector office so unavoidable !! Useless and counterproductive that takes hostage couriers and / or parcels of any inhabitant of the Butte that depends and is not inactive, unemployed or retired. Opening hours for tourists all week from 9:30 to 12 hours, an absolute nonsense, it is outrageous and disgusting.

I much prefer that my parcels go to the other post in front of the market which has schedules that respect a minimum the workers ... but the factor deposits each time the undelivered parcels with the nearest office => THE BUTTE = 100% of my parcels which land labas finish returned to the salesman because I can not go on saturday either. .. I think that we will have to review the hours of this post anyway, most people work and finish at more than 11 am, I work on Saturdays too so it is impossible for me to collect my package in bulk, and it becomes painful by force , I do not see what it is used for this post in the end with similar hours if it is only for the elderly. Too bad because it's still convenient to have a post nearby but which is useless for people who work ......
