The personnel is kind and helpful (if you come with your dossier with everything needed). 3 stars because I had a RDV for 10:18 and I passed at 12. What's the point of an appointment system if you're going to have numbered tickets inside?

I suggest that you go as early as possible as the line can sometimes get a bit long and the wait even longer. But the staff is professional and courteous

The staff are very kind, especially the lady in the information box and the gentleman in the cashier. They try to communicate even if we are not fluent in French or Italian and you can explain them your situation in case of urgent needs. Make sure that you have an appointment so that you can get your job done quickly (They won't entertain if you are without an appointment). In case, you are not able to get an appointment on the day which you would like to, then be the first in the Que (early morning depending on the timings of the day) at the consulate. If you request them your needs and reach out to them in a proper manner, they will definitely help you.

If I ask them for a document from Italy, it never comes. Not just a delay, but never. Even if I'm paying for it. I have to go to Italy myself to do it. Not sure who is to blame (possibly Italian Town Hall), but something has to be done to improve.
