The lady who is responsible at the embassy instead of helping the person with her documents is very pessimistic, as if there is no longer any solution, whereas it is her duty to help and find a solution . This person is Discouraging and negative. I think she thinks she knows everything and actually doesn't know anything.

Terrible service. They do not answer the phone. Personal not comoetente.Cortan the call and then gives the machine. A shame.
