You wonder if you are talking to robots or humans. Employees only prioritize procedure and not empathy. In these conditions of confinement, to have so little understanding is a real shame.

This is the place to go if you don’t need anything. I come to pick up a Colissimo sent to my mother who cannot come and collect it. I arrive with the package number, a photocopy of my mother's ID, a written power of attorney signed by my mother, and they refuse to return the package to me. Under the current conditions, it is really shameful. Not to mention the colissimo deliverers who do not even bother to ring when they deliver the packages ... Long live the post office and its legendary service ...
