Post Office

The staff helps me to choose the appropriate service with the machine even though i dont speak french very well.

Hours that have been shortened for months. Despite this, when the employee arrives at 1:05 p.m. (1 p.m. was the opening time) to open, she explains to us that we will not be able to come home before 1:30 p.m. because she is not ready. Wasted time. You might as well close this post office so that customers know where to go with reliable schedules. We also work.

Not being able to give 0, I note 1 this post office where the teller prefers to surf on his phone rather than franking a registered letter and sends me to queue at the machine behind 2 other people ... Hyper anti-covid like operating mode ! To ban

Unfortunately, I have had to use this post for several years. Worst customer service, once you get into these places time slows down and each action takes 3-4 times the time needed. Not to mention the hours of operation, which are just plain stupid. The rental of the office is top notch, so hopefully a new store or restaurant opens instead.

I don't know why this office exists with the "smart" hours from 1pm to 6pm every day of the week. Who except pensions can go? Worse, I have to receive the shipments there and I work on Saturdays.
