Don't waste your time in this place. They don't care just past the time.

Customer service is a total nightmare!

Totally bad post office: a team of incompetents who discuss behind a counter when people are in line, a team that has 2 tension (and I am generous) that takes its time to do its job (do its job poorly) ). You must wake up! No company would tolerate so little professionalism on the part of its employees, they would be fired immediately, don't be surprised if La Poste dies ... The employees suck, but where is the management team? Even more zero than the employees ...

Run away !!!! Run away !!!! Run away !!!!!! Originally the holder of Livrets A, La Banque Postale, formerly La Poste, seems to survive thanks to this. UNABLE to take address changes into account despite contact and documents filed with the agency, UNABLE for 6 weeks now to close a Livret A, UNABLE to contact clients and give an explanation ... no doubt there is none doesn't it? Just one word, you will have understood it FLEE !!!!! No change for 9 weeks except that the transfer of my balance was made and that I was told that my Livret A was closed but unfortunately not ..... I cannot open one another in another establishment of course. No contact, La Banque Postale must still be in confinement I suppose. Unable to contact the advisor and we cannot leave messages .... Do not stop !!!!
