Post Office

Terrible. No products available and bad service.

12/22: 8:30 am I show up at the opening to pick up a package sent on December 13 and still not received. Since the package does not have a tracking number (it is a monthly subscription) we simply refuse to go and see if my package is there, retorting: no time .... Frankly it's a shame. What service ! You shame all of your colleagues .... What can I do to collect my package?

The real post office was initially located at 153 avenue de Versailles (instead of the current BNP) but it has closed for many years! What today is called "La Poste" is in fact a tiny relay point located inside the Franprix located at 136 avenue de Versailles. It is NOT a post office and all you can do is pick up parcels / letters and possibly frank registered mail. In addition, it is the Franprix employees who take care of it intermittently so you should not be too demanding.

Mardi 8 décembre 2020 je m'y suis rendu à 15h10 pour l'expédition et l'affranchissement de 4 petits colis "Colissimo" don't j'avais préparé à l'avance les bordereaux d'expedition. La personne officiant au guichet a categoriquement refusé de les prendre en charge prétextant que le chariot dédié à l'expédition des colis était déjà rempli. Sympathique !...

Very amateur: - The people at the counter are mostly shop sellers or trainees. - Approximate opening and closing hours - parcels pile up in cupboards .. - No international shipments - Organization and logistics lousy. And it's called a post office?
