Post Office

There's one employee who's the most rude and unpleasant person I've ever seen. He worked at the counter for bank transactions when I was there and he literally shouted to clients that the counter is closed when he tried to ask something. The only reason I go there is because they open until 8pm on week days

Honestly, I do not understand the negative opinions, I was two days ago in this post office to carry out some operations, the staff was very friendly, special mention for the teller all smiles with a lot of humor, that makes really fun. As for health measures, they were well respected, freezing everywhere, crosses stuck to the ground to enforce social distancing and a person at the entrance to provide good advice.

Very correct service and very friendly staff. Often there are a lot of people but this is normal; it is a post office in a busy area. Very often there are old people who are there (it may be a peculiarity of the district ..) and who ask for services which take too long, or which are not very autonomous. If you fall in such a case, it takes at least 20-30min of waiting ... After, it's normal that there are people who complain. But I find the staff to be very patient and kind to the people who are there.

Unfortunately I could not tick zero stars otherwise I would not have had the opportunity to say that this establishment is the worst, between the long lines of waiting that can last more than 30 minutes and the extremely rude staff! Not only the sign should be avoided, but also the bank! They do not know what to take at all costs without explanation of course and without ever repaying their due! The bank adviser is IMPOSSIBLE to reach there is only one for all the customers of this postal bank. I am very happy to have changed banks and it became unlivable.
