I am expecting a very important collissimo which left Wednesday from its sender. I warn my Postman, who is kind and transparent, to tell me that he is not working this Saturday. No problem, so I go to the post office at 9:00 am to pick up the collissimo. From there, I am told that my postman is replaced by another and that the collissimo is loaded in his car is that I will have it at home this morning. It's 2:00 p.m., nothing! So I will not have my collissimo. I don't like being walked around!

In general the staff is welcoming, but I admit that one of the members is not. When we arrive and gossip with a person, and when I enter, I say "Hello Gentlemen ladies and no answer, and I come out saying goodbye gentlemen ladies, and still no answer!" Where is the this person's education.

Small post office as we would like to see more often. Day and night with Cergy post offices.

Living in Frémainville, we have to go to Vigny to collect the parcels. The people are friendly.
