Consulat Honoraire du Brésil

First, it's not really a consulate. It's a house. There are no directions, so you go to the automobile association to ask about where the consulate is, and the nice lady takes you back down to the door and tells you which house to ring. Second, the lady doesn't listen to your question; when you ask for advice about Brazilian visas, she points you to the website. When you ask who you can talk to about your visa questions, she gives you a number (without telling you who you're calling, what their role is, or why the consulate can't help you). I don't understand why there is a consulate if they don't provide services.

Useless! A Brazilian consulate that does not speak Portuguese and that does not help Brazilians at all, but apparently the French to go to Brazil! A first !!!! The lady was unusually rude and we were spoken through an intercom.

Inútil. Não sei porque tem um consulado honorário brasileiro se não ajuda em nada, além de ser extremamente grosso.
